Your order details should include the model number and name (for example: Model 1 SHERINE) of the item(s) you are interested in, your choice of size/colour.

Next, You will receive a confirmation email within 24hrs stating the payment details .

Upon receipt, kindly make the payment within the next 24hrs.


2. Confirmation of Order

Once paid, please email us (mylingeriestory@gmail.com) the following details:

- Time of funds transfer
- Amount transferred
- Reference number
- Date of transfer

so that we can acknowledge the payment and reduce uncertainties.

Payment can be done through POSB Bank transfer or Paypal (For credit card users) or Internet Banking. Interbank transfer takes 1-3 working days to process.


3. Delivery Charges

Normal Mail: $1.50 per item
Additional piece: add $0.50

Registered Mail: Add $2.55 on top of normal mail postage fees

Normal mail with box: $4.00 per item
Additional piece: $1.00

Registered Mail with box: Add $2.55 on top of normal mail with box postage fees

*Track your item = Registered Article Status

We are also able to ship internationally. Shipping to Malaysia or other parts of the SEA region costs $6.50 with registered mail and $1 for each subsequent item.
Shipping to other parts of the world costs $9.50 with registered mail, $1.50 for each subsequent item.

4. Return Policy

We carry out quality checks and only send out items that passed the checks to our beloved customers. We will not be responsible for any damage to parcel during delivery. Hence, we highly recommend you opt for registered mail. Due to hygiene purpose, all items sold are non exchangeable and non refundable. Please make sure to state the correct European size of the bra during ordering. You can find out the size of your bra by using the Bra size converter. However, if any of the item is with defects or any wrong item sent, do email us and we will look into each individual case.
