  2. All items sold are exchangeable only if:
    1. The product send is defective.
    2. The wrong product is being sent to the buyer.
  3. All items sold are not exchangeable if:
    1. The size ordered by the customer doesn't fit.
    2. The customer wishes to change the design of the product
  4. Items lost through normal post will not be held responsible by us. You may wish to opt for registered mail, just kindly state it in your order email.
  5. All measurements are given to the best of our ability, is only for a reference to customers.
  6. Items color may differ slightly with the photos due to lighting and monitor resolution.
  7. All information provided by you will be kept confidential.
